Cigna One Guide®

Cigna One Guide offers the convenience of an app with the personal touch of live service to help you engage in your health and get the most out of your health plan. The program allows customers to connect with specially trained personal guides who, armed with existing customer data, can thoroughly respond to customer questions and anticipate customer needs. The One Guide mobile app helps maximize health benefits and provides support.

It allows you to:

  • View personalized messages from Cigna based on your One Guide analytic
  • Display your ID Cards
  • Show recent claims
  • See your account balances
  • Build a list of doctors, dentists and other providers and facilities

You can also find and get care:

  • Find health care providers
  • Locate health facilities (e.g., labs and urgent care centers)
  • Refill prescriptions
  • Estimate drug costs

Support is available from personal guides by calling or messaging through the app feature. You can use the Click to Chat feature to message a personal guide 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Or click on the call icon to talk to a personal guide.

Members can schedule regular sessions with coaches when it’s convenient for them. Ginger also provides a self-care library with 200+ resources available on-demand, including self-guided activities, videos, podcasts, classes, and more to support well-being techniques. Additional clinical support is available depending upon the level of care needed.

If you become a victim of identity theft, Cigna’s Identity Theft program can help. The following services are available to all employees; there is no need to sign up.

  • Review of credit information to determine if an ID theft has occurred
  • A CIGNA Identity Theft Resolution Kit is provided to the employee
  • An ID theft affidavit is furnished for use with credit bureaus and creditors
  • Help in reporting ID theft to credit-reporting agencies
  • Assistance with placing a fraud alert on credit reports
  • Canceling lost or stolen credit cards
  • Assistance with credit and charge card replacement
  • Financial Power of Attorney – grants someone permission to make financial decisions on the employee’s behalf if the employee is unable to do so
